Representative Croft placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative Croft withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, HCS CSSB 269(RLS) was adopted. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 269(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. HCS CSSB 269(RLS) was read the third time. Representative Vezey declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 269(RLS) pass the House?" Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kelly gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCS CSSB 269(RLS).
